Vehicle Condition: The customer must ensure that their vehicle is in a fit and roadworthy state to dyno test. This includes, but is not limited to; correct fluid and water levels, tyres correctly inflated and in good condition, cooling system fully functional and free from defects. For best results, you must be satisfied that all components of your vehicle are in good condition. This includes, but is not limited to; injectors, spark plugs, clutch and flywheel, turbochargers and transmission.

Risk of Damage: Vehicles can and do suffer serious and catastrophic damage during or after operation on a dynamometer/rolling road. A dynamometer pushes a vehicle and many of its mechanical components to critical levels which by its very nature may cause failure of those components. It is therefore understood that the customer agrees that all risk of loss or damage to the vehicle or person with regard to operation of the vehicle remains with the owner.

Safety: For your safety, a designated area has been marked out and all customers must remain behind this at all times or alternatively, in the waiting area.

Acknowledgement and Indemnity: I confirm that I have read and understood the conditions as stated above, and accept the full responsibility for my vehicle. I accept that all dynamometer tests are carried out at my own risk and that JBM Performance will not be held responsible for any mechanical damage or failure to my vehicle whilst testing. I therefore indemnify JBM Performance and all affiliates against any claims for losses, damages or expenses that may incur as part of this activity.
