We recently had the privilege of working on one of our great customers car. A very clean, near stock S3 8P. When they last visited us, it was for our walnut blasting and injector cleaning package along with our other popular Balance Shaft Delete package. Having this work carried out along with a clean sheet during it's pre-tuning health check gave us the perfect starting point.
Our Stage 2+ tuning and hardware complete package includes the following items:

With this build in particular, the car already had an air intake and a performance clutch. In addition to all the items listed, the customer had us supply and fit some items we regard as optional extras, an Airtec intercooler and our billet runner flap delete kit.

RAM Oversized Cold Air Intake
We would expect a Stage 2+ tuned vehicle to make in the region of 350-380bhp and 370-420lb-ft. These figures will vary depending on your setup and the health of your vehicle and it's components. Things such as a worn clutch, weak wastegate actuator, restrictive exhaust or an inefficient intercooler would be what we'd expect to hold a car back from making the most power.
Once all the hardware was fitted, it was time to begin tuning. As a lot of the hardware has been changed or altered, the tuning requires more alterations to keep the car happy and performing at it's best, not to mention reaping the benefits of the upgrades to get the most amount of power available.
From start to finish, this has been one of the most straightforward and successful TFSI builds we've completed and all the data from the logs backs this up.
We are currently working on our TFSI Stage 3 packages as this is becoming one of our most popular requests from customers. We complete all engine builds, hardware fitting and tuning in house and only use parts from manufacturers we trust and would use ourselves.
